Life is woven with moments of joy, grief, and change.
None of us are left untouched by these moments.

They live in our bodies, held in the tissues and rhythms of who we are. These transitions shape us, inviting us into deeper intimacy with ourselves and others. They offer us the gift of awareness, connection, and the possibility of profound healing.

Through the ritual, bodywork, ceremony and one-on-one sessions, we create space to honor these changes.

These sacred moments are invitations: To return to ourselves and come back into alignment with the cycles of life.

I am a Ceremonialist, devoted to honoring the cycles and rhymes of life, to revering all that arises, and to creating containers that honor the profundity of what it is to be human.

Through touch, through presence, through reverence, we remember.
